Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Sales Development Representative Manager to lead and expand our APAC SDR team. You will drive pipeline generation, coach and develop SDRs, set regional targets, and align playbooks with sales and marketing to boost lead qualification and conversion.
- Responsibilities: Manage a high-performing SDR team, implement metrics-driven processes, optimize multichannel outreach strategies, and coordinate activities across APAC time zones.
- Qualifications: 5+ years in sales development with at least 2 years in people management, proven coaching ability, CRM and analytics proficiency, excellent English and relevant regional language skills, and availability to travel within APAC.
