We are seeking a proactive Customer Service Representative to handle client inquiries, schedule property viewings, maintain CRM records, assist with documentation, and collaborate with sales and marketing teams. Required: strong communication and organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software; real estate experience and an associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
