Job Description
HR Blend seeks a confident Chat Sales Lead to convert Discord conversations into sales across international campaigns. You will engage global clients, manage campaign workflows, and close deals using persuasive, chat-based communication—no cold calling or door-to-door selling. This permanent, in-person role is located in North Nazimabad, Block F, Karachi, with a 7:00 PM–2:00 AM shift. Full-time and part-time options are available.
