Job Description
CHOICE INTERNATIONAL is seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager based in Karachi. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree or MBA and have 4–5 years of proven sales experience (FMCG preferred), strong Karachi market connections, and excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Must be able to multitask effectively under pressure.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
- Develop and maintain distributor and client relationships
- Create sales strategies, monitor performance, and prepare reports for senior management
- Full-time, in-person position; competitive salary Rs150,00–Rs200,00/month with growth opportunities
