Job Description
We are seeking an experienced B2B Sales Agent to recruit US carriers and trucking companies for our dispatch and factoring services. The role requires proactive outreach to owner-operators, new MCs, and small fleets, presenting tailored solutions and managing the full sales cycle.
- Responsibilities: prospecting, presenting solutions, follow-up via calls, email, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn; pipeline management; carrier onboarding; cultivating long-term relationships.
- Requirements: background in US trucking sales/dispatch/brokerage/factoring preferred; strong communication and negotiation skills; proven cold outreach ability; independent, target-driven.
- Terms: in-person, full-time 12‑month contract. Compensation Rs65,00–Rs90,00/month + high recurring commissions; training and back-office support provided.
