Job Description
We are seeking a professional Customer Service Representative based in Lahore (Ferozpur Road, near Gajjumata). Full-time, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM. Competitive market salary starting from Rs50,00/month.
Requirements:
- Fluent spoken English and strong communication skills
- 3–5 years’ experience preferred (garments industry advantageous)
Key Duties:
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, professional attitude with customers
- Respond promptly across channels, resolve complaints, and process orders
