Job Description
NUST seeks an experienced Head for the Examination Cell (Job Ref: Job/5945/11/20/2025). Candidates must hold a Master’s degree in Education, Management, Computer Science, or a related field from an HEC-recognized university and have at least 12 years’ experience managing UG/PG programs and university-level examinations.
- Lead and manage Mid-/End-Semester and PhD qualifying exams; enforce examination SOPs.
- Oversee student records, thesis management (TMS), invigilation assignments, and coordination with the main office.
- Handle disciplinary cases, approvals, and academic documentation; participate in academic meetings.
- Required skills: strong organizational and leadership abilities, excellent communication, integrity, and proficiency with examination management software/ERP.
