Job Description

Digital Solutions is seeking bilingual Call Center/Customer Service agents (Urdu/Punjabi) for an in-person role in Lahore. Compensation includes a fixed salary plus commission/bonus (Rs30,00–Rs65,00/month). Part-time positions are available; full-time applicants will also be considered.

• Qualifications: Matriculation to Graduation; both male and female candidates are welcome.
• Benefits: Saturdays and Sundays off, lunch provided, and pick-and-drop service for female staff.
• Responsibilities: handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain accurate records.
• Requirements: professional communication skills and basic computer proficiency.
