Job Description
Illumina Technology Solutions, a Microsoft Gold Partner growing across the USA, Canada, India, and Pakistan, seeks a Customer Success Specialist for the Customer Experience & Growth (CXG) team. This role will plan and deliver partner-facing events—including Dynamics 365 Solution Architect Bootcamps and skills training—to strengthen partner capability, increase product adoption, and drive customer success.
- Manage demand generation, partner qualification, registration, and communications;
- Coordinate content development with product teams and presenters;
- Lead end-to-end event planning, onsite operations, and post-event analysis;
- Ensure continuous program improvement and high partner satisfaction.
Required: excellent communication, organization, project ownership, stakeholder engagement; familiarity with Microsoft products and partner channels preferred. Illumina is an equal opportunity employer.
