Job Description
5 Star Innovations is seeking a full-time, in-person Customer Support Representative for US-based clients in Wapda Town, Lahore. Shift: night (6:00 PM–3:00 AM). Salary: Rs. 50,00–60,00/month.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months’ experience serving the US market
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Familiarity with CRM systems preferred
Responsibilities include handling inbound/outbound calls, email and chat support, managing customer inquiries, maintaining interaction records, coordinating with internal teams, and conducting proactive follow-ups to meet KPIs and ensure high customer satisfaction.
