Job Description
We are seeking an Experienced Umrah Consultant to design and manage pilgrimage packages, handle bookings, coordinate visas and travel logistics, and provide clear guidance on ritual preparation. The role requires ensuring smooth travel experiences, maintaining strong vendor relationships in Saudi Arabia, and delivering compassionate, professional customer support.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Umrah or Hajj travel operations
- Deep knowledge of Umrah rituals, Saudi regulations, and visa procedures
- Excellent English communication; Arabic or Indonesian is a plus
- Proven skills in booking management, vendor coordination, and problem solving
