Job Description
Deliver world-class, onsite customer support in Islamabad for an international ride‑hailing service. Handle calls, chat, and email in Bengali; resolve issues empathetically; accurately document interactions; and coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve quality, response-time, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Requirements: fluent Bengali (spoken and written), solid English, customer-first mindset, strong problem-solving ability, and basic computer/CRM skills.
- Preferred: experience in international customer support.
