Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Accounting and Tax Practice Manager to lead our accounting and tax service line. The role requires oversight of client relationships, tax compliance, planning and reporting, and the supervision and mentorship of staff to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant deliverables. Key duties include review of tax returns and financial statements, driving process improvements, delivering training, managing budgets, and supporting business development.

• Minimum 5 years of public accounting experience; CPA or equivalent preferred
• Strong technical tax and accounting expertise, leadership, and client-management skills
• High attention to detail and proficiency with tax software and ERP systems
