Job Description
HR First Pvt Ltd seeks an experienced Dean of Pharmacy to elevate academic, research, and professional programs to international standards. The Dean will ensure accreditation compliance, develop strategic partnerships, advance faculty development, oversee resource planning, and manage academic administration.
- Requirements: PhD in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field.
- Minimum 15 years post-qualification academic, research, and administrative experience.
- Proven leadership, strong interpersonal skills, and a track record of mentoring faculty.
- Position is full-time and in person.
