Job Description
We are seeking a strategic, results-oriented Director of Sales to lead and expand our sales organization. You will define sales strategy, oversee regional teams, set targets, and drive sustainable revenue growth while collaborating closely with marketing and product.
- Lead forecasting, pipeline management, and key account development
- Coach and develop sales managers to improve performance
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align go-to-market initiatives
Requirements: 8+ years in B2B sales with proven team leadership, strong negotiation and analytical skills, and excellent communication. MBA or relevant degree preferred. We offer a competitive salary, performance bonuses, and benefits.
