Job Description
We are seeking a detail‑oriented, customer‑focused Travel Agent with ticketing expertise to manage reservations, issue tickets, handle cancellations and reissuances, and provide professional traveler support. This full‑time, in‑person role requires 1–3 years of ticketing experience in a travel agency or airline and a solid understanding of fare rules and travel regulations.
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field; GDS training (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo).
- Required skills: proficiency with reservation platforms, excellent communication, problem‑solving, multitasking, and a strong customer‑service approach.
Salary: Rs40,00.00–Rs50,00.00 per month.
