Job Description
We are seeking a Client Relationship Officer to cultivate and maintain strong client partnerships, serving as the primary contact for inquiries, onboarding, and account management.
- Responsibilities: identify client needs, coordinate internal teams to deliver timely solutions, resolve issues promptly, and recommend additional services.
- Requirements: bachelor’s degree, 1–3 years’ experience in client services or sales, excellent written and verbal communication, strong problem-solving skills, and CRM proficiency.
- Attributes: organized, customer-focused, and able to manage multiple accounts efficiently.
