Job Description
We seek an experienced Online Reputation Specialist to safeguard and enhance the reputation of our gaming IP. You will monitor community conversations across forums, streams, and social platforms; manage reviews and social feedback; and respond promptly to player concerns. Responsibilities include tracking sentiment and brand mentions, coordinating crisis responses with PR and development teams, applying SEO best practices to optimize review visibility, and delivering concise reports with actionable insights.
