Job Description
Solectra SM Solar Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead operations at our luggage bag factory, 15 km on Faisalabad Road, Sheikhupura. This full-time, on-site role requires hands-on oversight of manufacturing activities, equipment operation, quality control, and labor supervision.
- Plan and manage daily production targets, workflow, and machinery maintenance
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and continuous improvement
- Supervise, train, and evaluate production staff
- Relevant degree and proven production management experience required
- Must be willing to reside on company premises; company housing and three meals provided
- Interviews will be held at our Lahore Head Office; additional benefits shared with shortlisted candidates
