Job Description
Kiran Foundation seeks a dedicated First Grade Teacher to deliver full-time, in-person instruction in Karachi Manghopir. Responsibilities include leading engaging morning circle time, implementing the PBSS rewards system, and maintaining student discipline, hygiene, and safety. Develop and submit weekly student-centered lesson plans, monitor academic progress, and maintain up-to-date student files and classroom displays. Use creative activities to promote reading and library use, supervise lunch and playtime while reinforcing manners, and prepare assemblies, field trips, and backup worksheets. Maintain regular communication with parents, providing weekly updates every Saturday (MYT). Participate in trainings and learning walks to support continuous professional development.
Education: Bachelor’s degree required. Experience: Minimum 1 year teaching experience.
