Job Description
Collaborate Solutions seeks a detail-oriented Authorization Executive to join the Patient Scheduling team for an on-site, full-time role in DHA Phase 8 (shift: 6pm–3am). The successful candidate will process, review, and verify insurance pre-authorization requests; coordinate with providers, insurers, and internal teams; maintain and update electronic records; follow up on outstanding documentation; prepare status reports; support audit activities; and ensure compliance with company and insurer requirements.
- Minimum 1 year experience in insurance, healthcare, or medical administration
- Knowledge of pre-authorization and claims procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office and hospital/insurance software
- Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and attention to detail
