Job Description
We seek a licensed Medical Compliance Doctor to lead clinical governance, regulatory compliance, and quality assurance. The role involves reviewing clinical policies and protocols, conducting audits, advising on patient safety and ethics, and coordinating multidisciplinary incident reviews.
- Lead staff training and liaise with regulatory authorities
- Develop and refine policies; oversee risk management activities
- Required: MD license, 3+ years clinical experience, strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, excellent communication, and meticulous attention to detail
- Preferably experienced in hospital or corporate healthcare and prior compliance or quality roles
