Job Description
We are seeking a full-time, on-site Event Supervisor to manage weddings (Mehndi, Barat, Walima, Nikah) and corporate functions at Grand Royal Banquet Hall in Muridke. The role oversees waitstaff, cleaners, decor, sound, lighting, catering, and maintenance; enforces timelines, seating plans, and service standards; prepares the hall before events and ensures proper closure; and resolves guest or client issues. The position reports daily to the Banquet Hall Manager.
- Requirements: practical banquet/marquee experience, strong staff-management and problem-solving skills.
- Must be available for late nights and weekends and based near Muridke.
