Job Description
Prism Consulting seeks a full-time, on-site Sales Operations Executive to support a growing household detergents manufacturer. The role coordinates distributors, field sales, and factory teams; monitors sales performance and produces timely reports; and supports sales planning, order processing, and delivery follow-ups. The incumbent will ensure targets and timelines are met, maintain accurate records, resolve sales issues, and help improve distributor and field team performance.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 2–3 years FMCG field sales experience, including at least 1 year in sales operations.
- Strong communication and coordination skills; deadline-oriented, organized, and proactive.
- Proficient in MS Excel and reporting.
