Job Description
The Talent Connect seeks a motivated, results-driven Telesales Officer to generate and convert leads by phone. In this full-time, in-person role, you will promote our services, manage client conversations, handle objections, and close sales in a dynamic environment.
- Requirements: 1–2 years of telesales or telemarketing experience, strong verbal and persuasion skills, and proven objection-handling ability.
- Technical: Proficiency with CRM systems and MS Office.
- Attributes: Excellent time management and a goal-oriented mindset. High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in business is a plus.
- Compensation: Rs40,00–Rs50,00 per month.
