Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Success Manager to enhance satisfaction, retention, and account growth. You will onboard new clients, cultivate lasting relationships, build and execute success plans, track performance metrics, and collaborate closely with sales and product teams to resolve issues and escalate when needed.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in customer success or account management, strong communication and problem-solving skills, experience with SaaS or technology platforms, and a data-driven approach to measuring outcomes. You are proactive, customer-focused, and comfortable working across cross-functional teams to drive measurable customer value.
