Job Description
Binrafiq Textiles is seeking a full-time, in-person Color Matching Designer to ensure accurate and consistent color reproduction for textile digital printing. Responsibilities include adjusting digital designs and color profiles, preparing TIF/PSD/AI production files in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, running print trials, performing shade matching between digital files and printed fabrics, and maintaining documentation of color corrections, ICC profiles, and print settings. Collaborate with printing, design, and merchandising teams to resolve color issues and ensure repeat-order consistency.
- Requirements: Matric/Intermediate; 2–3 years of shade-matching experience
- Technical skills: ICC profiles, CMYK, Lab; strong attention to detail
- Compensation: Rs40,00–70,00 per month
