Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated individual for the position of Appointment Scheduler in our Chandni Chowk, Rawalpindi location. This full-time position offers a night shift from 09:00 PM to 06:00 AM, with a competitive salary ranging from 35,00 PKR to 50,00 PKR, along with commission opportunities.
KeyResponsibilities: You will be responsible for making outbound calls to schedule appointments, providing exceptional customer service, updating client information in our CRM system, collaborating with the sales team, and confidently handling client objections while meeting call targets.
Requirements: We prefer candidates with previous experience in a BPO or call center environment, along with strong verbal communication skills in English and a positive, organized demeanor.
