Job Description
Mindwhiz is seeking an experienced Estimation Engineer with expertise in US practices to join our dynamic team as a Senior Cost Estimator. In this pivotal role, you will play an essential part in managing exciting construction projects from inception to completion.
Position: Senior Cost Estimator
Job Type: Full-Time / Permanent
Location: DHA Phase 5, Lahore
Salary: Rs120,00.00 – Rs200,00.00 per month
Key Responsibilities:
– Develop comprehensive estimates based on project plans.
– Collaborate effectively with project teams.
– Evaluate designs for cost-efficient solutions.
– Oversee tender documents to ensure bidding accuracy.
Requirements:
– At least 2 years of estimation experience within US markets.
– Proficient in estimation software.
– Excellent communication skills.
