Job Description
Faisal Movers Express is looking for dedicated and customer-oriented Bus Hostesses to elevate our passengers’ travel experiences. Key responsibilities include:
- Welcoming and assisting passengers during boarding and disembarking.
- Providing information on routes, stops, and estimated arrival times.
- Ensuring passenger comfort and safety throughout the journey.
- Addressing passenger inquiries and resolving concerns promptly.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization within the bus.
- Serving refreshments and snacks when applicable.
- Administering first aid as needed.
Requirements: Previous customer service experience, exceptional communication skills, ability to stay calm under pressure, problem-solving abilities, and availability for weekend and holiday shifts.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Rs40,00.00 – Rs45,00.00 per month
