Job Description
Alpha Technologies Inc. is actively looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented Call Center Agents to be a part of our Spectrum inbound services team. The ideal candidate will manage incoming customer inquiries while delivering outstanding service and support for troubleshooting, billing issues, and technical assistance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls related to Spectrum services.
- Assist customers with billing inquiries and troubleshooting.
- Efficiently resolve customer complaints and concerns.
- Accurately document all customer interactions.
