Job Description
The First Law is seeking a dedicated Client Service Representative to manage customer interactions and ensure client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients.
- Address inquiries and resolve any complaints.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Identify and leverage upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Requirements: Proven customer service experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.
