Job Description
Think Higher Consultants is looking for a committed Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will manage incoming phone calls, cultivate strong relationships with customers, and effectively resolve complaints. Additionally, you will maintain customer records while adhering to company policies.
Qualifications include a diploma in customer service, fluency in English, and demonstrated experience in customer support. Familiarity with CRM systems will be an advantage, and prior experience in the Visa Industry is preferred.
This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from Rs35,00.00 to Rs50,00.00 per month, with work conducted in-person.
