Job Description
Translation Empire PK is looking for a proactive Technical Recruiter Intern to bolster our talent acquisition initiatives. In this vital role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and engaging with technical talent that aligns with our organizational culture and goals. This internship is ideal for individuals eager to gain insights into the technical recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities: You will assist in managing the recruitment lifecycle, collaborate with hiring managers, conduct initial candidate screenings, utilize recruitment tools, and support the overall improvement of recruitment processes.
Requirements: A Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related fields; a keen interest in technical roles; and strong communication skills.
Work mode: Office-based, Shift: 10 AM – 7 PM, Location: DHA Sector F, Rwp. Salary: Competitive based on market standards.
