Job Description
Optimum Advisory is on the lookout for a proactive Shipping and Forwarding Sales Manager to spearhead the development and execution of strategic sales initiatives aimed at achieving defined targets and broadening our customer base. The role entails establishing sales objectives, overseeing pricing strategies, managing operational processes, and ensuring customer retention while meeting key performance indicators (KPIs). You will be instrumental in nurturing strong client relationships and providing weekly sales activity reports to enhance team performance.
Required Skills: Candidates should possess an outgoing personality along with strong communication, organizational, and time management capabilities. A minimum of five years of experience in shipping and forwarding is essential.
Location: Lahore | Salary: 100,00 to 120,00 PKR
