Job Description
MTBC is currently looking for a dynamic and experienced Learning and Development Manager to spearhead our training initiatives and facilitate employee growth. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing impactful training programs that cater to the diverse needs of our workforce.
Your key responsibilities will include conducting comprehensive needs assessments, creating engaging learning materials, and effectively evaluating the outcomes of training initiatives. Strong leadership abilities, coupled with a solid background in human resources, are essential for this position. A degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field is highly preferred.
