Job Description
WBM PVT LTD, a prominent manufacturer and retailer, is looking for a dedicated Customer Support Chat Executive to enhance our team. Our commitment to sustainability and customer satisfaction drives us to offer innovative and organic products across our diverse range of over 16 brands.
The ideal candidate will address daily inquiries from both staff and customers. This role requires excellent communication skills, proficiency in MS Word and Excel, and prior experience in customer service.
This position operates during the night shift from 7:00 PM to 5:30 AM. We are offering a full-time, 24-month contract with a competitive salary ranging from Rs40,00.00 to Rs50,00.00 per month.
