Job Description
Hot N Spicy Pvt Ltd is actively seeking a dedicated and personable Guest Relations Officer to enhance our team. In this dynamic position, your responsibilities will include warmly greeting and welcoming guests upon their arrival, assisting with reservations and addressing special requests, and managing inquiries and complaints in a professional manner. You’ll also coordinate effectively with both service and kitchen teams while maintaining an organized reservation system.
