Job Description
Enrichers Investment Group is looking for a proactive Telemarketing Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will engage with potential customers to promote and sell our products and services, thereby generating valuable sales leads and boosting customer satisfaction through effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate outbound calls to present products and secure sales.
- Identify and qualify leads through diligent research.
- Craft and deliver customized sales presentations.
- Establish and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Perform follow-up calls to cultivate leads.
- Record and manage information accurately in CRM systems.
- Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Qualifications: An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing is preferred. Strong communication skills and prior sales experience are essential.
Salary: $40,00 – $60,00 plus commission (10-14%).
