Job Description
Fulcrum Pvt Ltd is actively seeking a skilled Collections Specialist to join our team and ensure timely collection of outstanding payments while fostering professional customer relations. The successful candidate will be responsible for following up on unpaid accounts, negotiating payment plans, and resolving any disputes that may arise.
Requirements for this role include a Bachelor’s degree, 1-2 years of relevant experience, strong negotiation skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Knowledge of the local areas is advantageous.
The position is full-time, with a competitive salary ranging from Rs45,00.00 to Rs50,00.00 per month.
