Job Description
Only candidates with prior HR experience in a call center are eligible to apply. TecNex Solutions, a BPO/Call Center specializing in US-based campaigns, is located at Office#01, Ground Floor, Rani Arcade, Chandi Chowk, Satellite Town, Rawalpindi.
We are looking for a full-time, on-site HR Recruiter with experience in the call center industry. Key responsibilities include managing the recruitment process, conducting interviews, and working closely with the CEO.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of recruitment experience in a call center environment
- Available for night shifts (6:00 PM – 1:00 AM)
- Proven ability to conduct mass hiring efficiently
- Strong connections within the industry
Salary: Rs40,00.00 per month
