Job Description
PepsiCo is seeking a qualified Electrical Team Lead to oversee maintenance activities related to electrical and instrumentation equipment. This vital role ensures the reliability and availability of our plant operations.
The selected candidate will be responsible for executing maintenance plans, implementing master schedules, establishing standard operating procedures (SOPs) for calibration and safety, and managing critical spare parts programs. Collaboration with the Maintenance Manager is essential, along with supporting AIB standards and promoting continuous improvement initiatives among technicians.
Applicants should possess a Diploma, B-Tech, or Bachelor’s degree in Electronics or Instrumentation, complemented by relevant experience in a Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) environment. Strong computer skills and proficiency in writing are essential.
