Job Description
Nix-Soft Technologies is looking for a qualified HR Executive to enhance our team. In this full-time position, you will play a pivotal role in the recruitment process, manage employee records, and ensure adherence to company policies.
Your key responsibilities will include supporting onboarding and offboarding procedures, executing administrative tasks, and generating HR reports. The ideal candidate will excel in teamwork, have strong proficiency in MS Office, and uphold the highest standards of integrity and confidentiality.
The salary range for this position is between Rs 30,00.00 and Rs 60,00.00 per month, and this role requires in-person attendance.
