Job Description
Infocab Ltd, a UK-based taxi company, is expanding its operations to Pakistan and seeks a full-time Customer Service Representative (CSR) to be based in Islamabad, near E11. Ideal candidates will have experience engaging with UK clients, managing cab dispatching, and handling bookings. Familiarity with Icabbi is advantageous.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy.
- Providing accurate customer quotations and assigning bookings to drivers.
- Effectively resolving customer complaints and inquiries.
Salary: Rs. 60,00.00 – Rs. 90,00.00 per month, plus overtime. Experience of 1-2 years is preferred. The position entails a minimum of 9-hour shifts with a flexible schedule.
