Job Description
Sourcecode Software House is in search of a dedicated and detail-oriented Medical Call QA Executive to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for evaluating both inbound and outbound calls associated with our medical campaigns, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
Your duties will include verifying lead authenticity, maintaining accurate records, identifying areas for improvement in call handling, and providing constructive feedback to enhance service delivery. Additionally, you will conduct training sessions and coaching to address performance gaps, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Shift Timings: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs45,00.00 – Rs60,00.00 per month
