Job Description
Are you a proactive leader dedicated to ensuring the seamless operation of retail environments? Retail Super Market is expanding, and we are on the lookout for a Retail Store Maintenance Manager to ensure optimal conditions across all our locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee maintenance activities across multiple locations.
- Manage both preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.
- Supervise technicians and third-party service providers.
- Monitor and manage budget for cost-effective solutions.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Address emergency repair situations promptly.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in facility or maintenance management.
- Strong knowledge of building systems.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills.

Pay: $100,00.00 – $150,00.00 per month
