Job Description
We are seeking a qualified Human Resources Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies that align with our company objectives. Key responsibilities include overseeing recruitment, onboarding, training, managing employee relations, conducting performance evaluations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, maintaining accurate HR records and payroll, handling disciplinary actions, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Requirements for this role include a minimum of 2 years of HR experience, fluency in English (both written and spoken), strong knowledge of HR policies and labor laws, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The work schedule is from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a competitive salary.
