Job Description
Cogent Labs is currently seeking a dedicated Customer Success Manager to join our Lahore office. In this pivotal position, you will be responsible for managing key client relationships, ensuring their satisfaction and retention.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a customer-facing role
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts effectively
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills
