Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Taxi Controller (CSR) to join our dynamic team. In this full-time role, you will manage incoming calls from customers across the UK looking to book or modify their taxi rides. Your primary responsibilities will include handling all airport and local bookings, processing payments over the phone, and managing driver inquiries and complaints. Exceptional customer service skills, both verbal and listening, are essential for this position. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in Autocab, Iccabi, or Cordic, though we encourage fresh applicants to apply as well.
