Job Description
The Housekeeping Manager plays a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness, maintenance, and overall aesthetic of The Mall. This position is tasked with supervising a team of housekeeping staff to uphold high quality standards, creating a safe and welcoming environment for all guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate housekeeping staff, including recruitment and training.
- Develop and implement cleaning standards and procedures.
- Manage the inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Assist in budgeting and resource allocation for housekeeping.
- Address guest inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance guest experiences.
- Create training programs for staff development.
Qualifications: A high school diploma is required; a degree in hospitality management is preferred. A minimum of 8 years of experience in housekeeping is necessary, along with strong leadership and communication skills.
